This past month we have really been slack-lackin’ in the recipe department! Wes got us back in the groove yesterday with his recipe for Wonderfully Moist Meatballs, and today I have another one to share! Wes loves pork and I love any recipe where I can break out the honey dijon, so it was like a match made in heaven. We used a lot of what we had on hand for this one, and it turned out great!

Honey Dijon Pork Chops
Creamy Honey Dijon Pork Chops served with your favorite veggies & potatoes
SUPPLIES
- Large Skillet
Ingredients
- 3 pork chops boneless
- 2 TBD butter
- ¼ onion minced
- 1 clove galic minced
- ¾ cup chicken stock
- 1 TBS GF Honey Dijon Dressing eg Ken's
- 1 TBS cilantro
- 1 TBS parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet melt butter over low/medium heat.
- While butter is melting, season both sides of pork with salt & pepper, then add to pan after butter has melted. Cook over medium heat, until no longer pink {or very little} about 7-8 minutes on each side. When pork chops are done, remove from the pan and store in a warm spot {I kept mine between two dinner plates.}
- Next, add onion and garlic to pan and heat until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Then add the chicken stock and herbs and let reduce/thicken 3+ minutes {I wanted a thicker sauce so I let mine simmer longer.}
- While the sauce was cooking, I heated up some Steam Fresh “Lightly Sauced Red Potatoes & Green Beans” – they complimented the pork chops perfectly!
- After the sauce has reached your desired thickness, add in honey dijon sauce & stir until heated through, then scoop over pork chops and serve!
