Queso Blanco Chip Dip
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Serves: A LOT {great amount for a party, could easily be cut in half}
Ingredients:
1 block Velveeta Queso Blanco
2 lbs hambuger
24 oz salsa {we had 2 12oz mason jars of homemade salsa}
black beans {our salsa already had some in it, so add desired amount}
Directions:
Brown hamburger in pan. While hamburger is browning, cut up Velveeta into cubes and place in large dish with salsa. When hamburger is about half way done, heat cheese & salsa in microwave until cheese is completely melted {abt. 5 minutes – stir half way through.} Add hamburger {and beans} to cheese mix when it’s done cooking, or put it all in a crock pot to keep warm for an event.
