The other day I was craving peanut butter chocolate chip cookies – I had never had them before, but they just sounded good! And so I came up with this recipe. They turned out pretty well in my opinion – a hint of peanut butter flavor combined with the chocolate chips – just what I was looking for!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate chip goodness!

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups all purpose GF flour eg cup4cup, Pamela's etc
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350

January 17, 2012 at 2:23 pmMy boyfriend has this horrible habit of buying the crappy premade cookie dough things that you just plop down and cook. Then, of course, I eat them when he makes them. I haven't had properly made cookies in ages. These look delicious!
