So this is pretty much the easiest thing ever. I actually have never used Mod Podge (I’ve only ever used this mix), but considering how much more expensive it is, I doubt I ever will! Anyways, all you need is regular Elmer’s glue, water, and a jar. Add 1 part glue & 1 part water to jar (I just refilled the glue bottle to measure) & shake. That’s it! This stuff is great.
I most recently used this stuff for a project I’m working on {here} & it was awesome as always.

November 23, 2011 at 4:35 amI am so happy to see this recipe for DIY mod podge. I just found a neat gift idea but the directions call for mod podge. I got rid of our mod podge, because I would get a headache everytime I used it. I'm okay with using elmers glue though, so I am going to make some. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
